Adolph D. Brown is the Founder and CEO of Heirsproperty.com  Corporation. This company is the national leader in heir’s property  services and solutions that help people of African-American decent  manage and realize their inheritance’s  full potential.

Born  on Feb 12th , on Abraham Lincoln’s birthday, A.D. Brown grew up in N.Y.C. He has one sister and his father, George Brown is a building contractor. A.D.’s mother is an experienced seamstress and housewife.

A.D. Brown attended a public elementary school in N.Y.C. and a high school in Laurens SC. There he discovered his interest in real estate: first in drafting, then in construction.

A.D. Brown also attended Piedmont Technical College where he furthered his building education to include drafting, welding and blueprint reading. Adolph then relocated back to the city of his birth and attended N.Y.C. University Business school. Like Bill Gates and other entrepreneurs, A.D. left school to form several businesses such as: Prestige Paper company and Adolph D. Brown & Associates. Brown then joined  forces with his father to start up Brown’s Construction Co. in 1997. This company merged with Gateway Development, LLC in 2004 where A.D. Brown was CEO. Gateway’s division was dedicated to the location and management of heir’s property. Under A.D’s leadership Gateway grew consistently year after year at a rate of over 50%. 

On  August 20, 2009, A.D. transitioned from Gateway to form a new company called Heirsproperty.com, which is serving the African-American community nationally in a more efficient way. Heirsproperty.com is dedicated and committed to a long term view of its client’s heir’s property inheritance asset.

 

In 2010 A.D. wrote a book entitled: Heirs Property the true African American Wealth a book that shows how to manage heir’s property assets and discusses fundamental problems and solutions.  A.D.  A.D. enjoys playing chess, is an avid reader and can often be found at Porsche cup car races.
