The formation of the Adolph D. Brown Foundation has been a desire of mine ever since I learned the meaning of the wordPhilanthropy. Since that time I’ve always tried to be a giving person but only to my family and friends in need and always privately. But now with the success of, it’s possible to do more. I’ve spent the last year looking into various charities that would fit my desire and terms for helping people in need and I’ve found it: Kiva Loans. So instead of thoughtlessly giving away money. I can lend it to people who need a "hand up", not a hand out. People who want to work hard and want to pay back those who have helped them People who can’t get financing any other way. As they pay back the money lent to them there will be funds on hand to lend to someone else in need. I’m very appreciative to Kiva for setting up this program. I have been able to help a farmer in Africa to buy seeds and a cow. A man in the Ukraine to buy new equipment for his door making business, a group of women in Africa with funds to purchase produce for their business and the list goes on. If you have been looking for a way to become a philanthropist, I would suggest you take a look at Kiva Loans and tell them Adolph D. Brown sent you by clicking on this link below or copy and paste it into your browser.
